CLASS POLICY & PROCEDURES
Class and crop size is limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Class fees are due at the time of enrollment. Payment may be made in person or by phone with Discover, Master Card, or Visa.Class participants are asked to bring basic supplies including paper trimmer, scissors, adhesives, black pen, and eyelet tools unless otherwise stated in the class description. All class participants receive 10% off purchases during class.
To insure adequate supplies and preparation time for instructors, we ask that you sign up for all classes at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. All class fees may be refunded or applied to other store merchandise up to 48 hours prior to the class date. Fees, however, will be forfeited for any cancellations or no shows the day before or the day of the scheduled class. We also reserve the right to cancel any class 24 hours before the scheduled due to the lack of participants or the teacher's inability to be present for instruction. If class is cancelled, we will gladly refund or reapply your money.
Children 8 and older are welcome provided they are paying class participants and are accompanied by an adult. However, out of respect for other class participants, children under 8 are not allowed.
